YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, talked Friday about his efforts to ban the sale of caffeine powder at convenience stores.

The movement started after two people in Ohio died from an overdose. Logan Stine, 18, died just three days before his high school graduation.
