Cuyahoga County Airport to Receive more than $3 Million in Federal Funding for Improvements

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown today announced $3,649,116 in federal funding for Cuyahoga County Airport to rehabilitate runway 6/24. The Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) awarded the funding.

“Support for community airports is key to the safety of travelers and the flow of commerce,” said Brown. “This award will give Cuyahoga County the resources to make needed improvements that will benefit those that rely on the local airport and its services.”
