Ohio remains among the worst states when it comes to infant mortality – and Cleveland continues to have one of the worst rates in the state. U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown is citing both statistics in his push for a bill to collect data on the deaths and to search for patterns. But in a conference call with reporters – the kind of call Brown usually dominates -- the senator stepped aside while a Parma Heights woman told her story.
