A pending Senate tobacco regulation bill now extends to a new product that is being test marketed in Columbus - tobacco "candy," according to Sen. Sherrod Brown.
Brown, D-Ohio, and Sen. Jeff Merkley, D-Or., co-authored the amendment that was added today by voice vote in Senate committee to the bill allowing the federal Food and Drug Administration to regulate tobacco.
