Democratic U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown voiced support Wednesday for a bipartisan coronavirus relief package unveiled this week.
During his weekly conference call with reporters, Brown said the $900 billion-plus legislation doesn’t provide enough to address challenges facing small businesses, local governments and residents.
“It’s less than I would like to see us do, but it will matter in people’s lives,” he said. “We have no business leaving town until we actually vote on it."
