Columbus Dispatch

Sen. Sherrod Brown charges that Republican obstructionism is holding up Senate passage of a bill extending unemployment benefits for thousands of Ohioans. Sen. George V. Brown, D-Ohio, says the debate needs to come to an end quickly and a bill extending benefits needs to be passed, because more than 14,000 Ohioans will run out of unemployment benefits at the end of this month.
