CARROLLTON - Federal funding will pay for safety improvements at the Carroll County-Tolson Airport.
The U.S. Department of Transportation funds, administered by the Federal Aviation Administration, will be used to manage stormwater runoff and improve the runway safety area to meet FAA standards, according to a statement from U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio.
