LORAIN — As long as China continues to import tons of steel products into the United States that can be sold cheaply, employees at facilities such as U.S. Steel in Lorain will lose their jobs.

In an effort to revitalize the steel industry, Sen. Sherrod Brown, Gov. Ted Strickland and U.S. Rep Betty Sutton applauded a ruling yesterday by the International Trade Commission that said steel tube imports from China are continuing to injure the United States' industry.
