WASHINGTON, D.C. -- U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown today announced that $767, 193 has been awarded to the City of Cleveland and will be used for the construction phase of the Flats Eastbank Project.
The federal funds were awarded by the Federal Highway Administration of the U.S. Department of Transportation.
"This is great news for Cleveland," Brown said. "This project provides the enhancements needed to make the area a thriving commercial district that will help to revitalize the Cleveland economy."
