Federal funding to help purchase equipment for school kitchens in Ohio

Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, recently announced more than $1 million in new federal funding to help Ohio school districts purchase kitchen appliances and equipment to help prepare fresh, healthy meals for students.

Brown is a senior member of the Senate Agriculture Committee.
