Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, and Rep. Mike Michaud, D-Maine, are spearheading the Trade Reform, Accountability, Development and Employment Act, which would require a review of existing trade pacts, including North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade Organization.
