A group of democratic senators, including Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, is pushing for a bill that addresses America's housing crisis.

Supporters said the proposal would keep thousands of people currently at risk of foreclosure from losing their homes, as well as help stabilize the housing market.

Lawmakers said the bill would also reinvest in neighborhoods and help stimulate the economy.

Senator Brown spoke Thursday about what this plan could mean for Cincinnati.
