SALEM - The resources and connections are there for companies who want to export, said Linda Caruso, commercial officer for the U.S. Dept of Commerce, U.S. Export Assistance Center in Cleveland.
Caruso appeared at a "trade luncheon' sponsored by Consumers National Bank and hosted by the Sustainable Opportunity Development Center at the Salem Community Center on Wednesday.
Larry Kosiba, executive director of the SOD Center, said the event was part of its ongoing "Teaming4Success" luncheon series.
State Rep. Craig Newbold attended and Max Blachman, a regional representative for U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, gave a presentation.
