Ohio Senator, Sherrod Brown, who is also a member of the Senate Banking Committee, says the bill needs to keep moving or risks failure.

"There's all kinds of conflict of interest on Wall Street. Wall Street's working for its clients and against its clients in the same bundle of toxic securities and that's why we need strong reform that will separate proprietary trading from banking functions."
