Ohio's U.S. senators unite to fight Chinese product dumping

Ohio's U.S. senators are working together to push the Department of Commerce to help manufacturers in the state and nation fight the economic effects of China's so-called export dumping, the Dayton Daily Newsreports.

Republican Sen. Rob Portman and Democratic Sen. Sherrod Brown write in a letter that President Barack Obama is taking too long to implement export policy changes that could create jobs. Their concern is China's dumping, or exporting of products well below their market price in their home country, which they say hurts American manufacturers, the paper reported.
