Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown is, once again, defending Ohio jobs by urging continued tariffs on foreign products. This time the International Trade Commission is reviewing antidumping duties on nitrogen fertilizer imports from Russia and Ukrain. Brown, in a letter to the ITC, urged extension of the duties to protect some 240 jobs at PCS Nitrogen Ohio in Lima, one of the few remaining American producers of solid urea, a type of fertilizer.
