TOLEDO, Ohio - US Senator Sherrod Brown spent Tuesday afternoon in Toledo discussing "the future of Toledo." He provided an update on federal efforts to create jobs in the region during a round table with community and government leaders.
Sen. Brown outlined his efforts to bring new clean energy jobs to Northwest Ohio and help small businesses expand operations and hire new employees. He said that the future of Toledo and Northwest Ohio depends on clean energy jobs and helping small business.
