Ron Bryant is worried.

“I’m worried about Ohio. I’m worried about Washington C.H. When gas gets to $7 a gallon, I don’t know how people are going to live,” he said.

Bryant, of Sugar Creek Packing, was part of a round-table discussion Monday night at the Center for Economic Development, 101 E. East St., with Sen. Sherrod Brown.

Community business, city and county leaders came together to meet with Brown to take his often rapid-fire questions about what issues were uppermost in Fayette County residents minds and what the government — or specifically Brown — could do for them.
