Sen. Sherrod Brown, delivering the weekly Democratic radio address, said “we need to change the way we think about the American economy,” saying everyday workers are “getting squeezed.”
“Every last one of you is the backbone of the greatest economy in the world, yet you have less and less to show for it,” the Ohio Democrat said in an address timed for Labor Day.
