BELMONT COUNTY, Ohio -- It's not every day that a United States Senator walks into the Martins Ferry City Building. But on Wednesday, U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, did, and he arrived with a plan to fight drug addiction. Legislation that would change U.S. law and help those seeking treatment. During the meeting, Brown may have brought the power, but the star was Sheena Robbins, a Monroe County mother who struggled with addiction. Together, both Brown and Robbins make an unlikely team, but with the help of local officials and some key legislation, their treatment goals may be possible.
