Senator Brown announces federal funding for 'Project GRAD'

$100,000 to help at-risk Ohio high school students.

(Lorain) – U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown announced $100,000 in federal funding for the ‘Project GRAD’ program in Ohio. He talked with about 20 students in Lorain before making the announcement.

The program allows high school students to apply to get into a 4-week summer program. They get educational opportunities in the summer and then they win college scholarships.
