WASHINGTON, D.C. -
U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) secured $7.6 million in funding for the construction of an automated multipurpose machine gun range at Camp Ravenna's Joint Military Training Center Monday.
Brown secured these funds as part of the Military Construction Appropriations Bill expected to pass the Senate.
The bill must now be reconciled with the U.S. House bill before President Donald Trump signs it into law.
Brown will keep fighting for these funds as the process moves forward.
