Congress is buzzing over President Trump's record-breaking 4.75 trillion dollar budget proposal for the 2019 fiscal year.
The budget would include increased funding for defense and border protection.
The proposed budget would also include less funding for domestic spendings like healthcare and education.
7News spoke with both West Virginia Senator Shelley Moore Capito and Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown for their opinion on the budget.
