Brown says his green energy plan emerged after he met with business and industry leaders in Cleveland and other Ohio cities. He says renewable energy projects are popping up across the state, but they need more money to survive and mature. The Senator is proposing billions of dollars in federal loans and grants for green energy development.
Brown: “We know how to make things. We know how to mass produce things. We know how to invent things in Ohio. We are ready as a s tate to take advantage of this legislation.”
