Ohio colleges and universities are known for training some of the country's brightest students, but some educators say too many of them are leaving the state after graduation.
Its known as "brain drain," and many people, including U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown, feel it is becoming a major problem in the Tri-State.
Senator Brown is scheduled to appear along with some southwest Ohio college presidents and business leaders at a news conference Monday to address the problem.
