WARREN, Ohio – Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership has received a $48,918 grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to support its community farming efforts.
In a statement announcing the grant award, U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown said. “This investment will help the Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership support local food producers and provide training and resources to local growers. Investing in local food producers not only benefits Ohioans who can eat nutritious, fresh foods – it also boosts our agriculture sector and grows our economy.”
