MIDDLETOWN — U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown recently announced that $190,000 has been awarded to the Atrium Medical Center Health System by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration.
The funds will be used to construct an instructional campus on behalf of the Greentree Health Sciences Academy, which prepares students and adults for a future in the health care work force.
"This is great news for (Atrium Medical Center)," said Brown, D-Ohio. "This collaborative effort will help train the health care workers of tomorrow here in southwest Ohio.
