Creating jobs and cutting energy costs through a Weatherization Program. That's what U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown was in Zanesville talking about this afternoon. Ohio is slated to receive $266 million in economic recovery funds for the program, with $41 million coming right here to South East Ohio.
The Weatherization Program has been around since 1975, but it isn't until 2009 that the program has started to take off.
"Appreciated isn't even the word, its a Godsend. It has helped tremendously" says Weatherization Client Sandra Little.
