Brown Announces more than $55,000 in New Federal Funds for Repairs at Delaware Municipal Airport

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) today announced that the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded $56,935 to Delaware Municipal Airport – Jim Moore Field to fund the design of the rehabilitation of a portion of Taxiway A and the reconstruction of a portion of Taxiway C. For both projects, repair is need to maintain the structural integrity of the pavement.

“Ohio airports are vital to supporting travel and commerce in the state,” said Brown. “This investment will help to ensure the safety of Delaware Municipal Airport for residents and businesses for years to come.”
