WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) today announced that $314,395 has been awarded to the Greene County Regional Airport Authority and Greene County Board of Commissioners by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). “This is great news for Greene County,” Brown said. “These improvements will enhance the capacity of the Greene County – Lewis A. Jackson Airport.  These federal dollars will go a long way in sustaining travel in and out of the airport for area residents and businesses.”
