Brown Announces New Federal Resources to Improve Williams County Regional Airport

Federal Funds Will Be Used To Expand Aircraft Parking


WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) today announced that $671,193 has been awarded to Williams County by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

“These funds are not only an investment in our transportation infrastructure, but an investment in good-paying jobs and economic development for Bryan” Brown said.

The federal funds will be used for construction of the apron which will provide aircraft parking for users of the airport.
