Brown Meets with Summit County Conservation Advocates

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) met with Ohio representatives of the Garden Club of America, including Mary Lohman of Hudson, Elaine Edminister Fiocca of Akron, and Carole Obernesser of Akron. All members of Akron Garden Club, the group met with Brown during his weekly coffee with constituents while visiting Washington D.C. to advocate for environmental conservation efforts.

“We must pursue policies that protect our environment for future generations,” said Brown. “Advocates like Mary, Elaine, and Carole are critical to our efforts to preserve our natural resources and keep our families healthy.”
