Sherrod Brown (D-OH) -  expected incoming Chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, released a statement after President-Elect Biden announced the nomination of Gary Gensler to be Chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC):
