Crapo, Brown Welcome New Banking Committee Members

WASHINGTON - Today, the U.S. Senate announced its updated committee assignments for the 115th Congress. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kansas) and newly-elected Senator Doug Jones (D-Alabama) will be joining the Banking Committee for the second session of the 115^th Congress.

“We welcome back Senator Moran and welcome Senator Jones to the Committee,” said Chairman Crapo and Ranking Member Brown. “Both will provide great perspectives and a depth of knowledge to the Committee, and we look forward to working with them as we address the critical issues before us.”

The assignments have been ratified by the Senate Conferences and will be official pending full Senate action, expected later today.
