Federal Funds Will Help Support Critical Health Care Services in Alliance, Warren, and Youngstown

WASHINGTON, DC –U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) announced today that One Health Ohio, a network of medical and dental centers serving the medically uninsured and underinsured,  received new resources from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to support and develop primary care health services. One Health Ohio has locations in Alliance, Warren, and Youngstown.

“Community health centers play a vital role in helping Ohioans obtain access to primary and preventive health care services,” said Brown.  “These new federal resources will help One Health Ohio provide affordable and accessible health care to more of the Mahoning Valley’s children, seniors, and parents.”

Allocated through the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Health Center Cluster program, the grant will provide $1,383,757 to the organization.
