WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) today announced that Findlay Airport has been awarded $151,376 by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for the design phase of needed repairs to Runway 18/36 to preserve its structural integrity and reduce debris.

“This federal investment is great news for the region and will enhance safety at Findlay Airport.,” Brown said. “These runway improvements will go a long way in sustaining travel in and out of the airport for area residents and businesses.”
