WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) today announced that Fulton County Airport in Wauseon has been awarded $149,700 by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for the design phases of the construction of a new taxiway and a building to house snow removal equipment.
“This is great news for Fulton County,” Brown said. “These improvements will enhance capacity at Fulton County Airport. These federal dollars will go a long way in sustaining travel in and out of the airport for area residents and businesses.”
