Asserting Your Power
This year’s summit is focused on empowering and inspiring attendees with confidence and action. Amy Hanauer with Policy Matters Ohio will moderate a panel discussion on the “State of Women”, which will include a dynamic line-up of business and civic leaders, as well as community activists, discussing issues that include disparities in wage and employment, gender equality and reproductive freedom. Kathleen Buse with the Women’s Leadership Institute at ERC, will facilitate a negotiation workshop designed to equip participants with the tools they need to assert their power and to make their voices bold.
When women are empowered, families, businesses and communities are stronger.
